• Southern Steer: Emerald C’s took on the huge task of transforming a 2,300 square foot former Pizza Hut – featuring the infamous building shape and all – into Southern Steer Butcher Shop. We got to work on this commercial renovation by building a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen, interior renovations including new finishes and flooring throughout, and exterior renovations to remove the “Pizza Hut” look from the building.
• Studio Rhythm: Emerald C’s completed the commercial renovation of 1,200 square foot Jacksonville Beach pilates and lifestyle studio, Studio Rhythm. Commercial renovations included reception, boutique retail space, as well as custom designed interior details.
