The renovation for Studio Rhythm, a modern pilates studio and lifestyle boutique, was completed in May of 2023. The 1,200 SF existing tenant suite is located in Jacksonville Beach, FL and offers small group and private pilates, barre, and mat fusion fitness classes. The buildout includes a dedicated pilates reformer studio, a barre and mat studio, reception, and boutique retail space. Interior details feature a clean, neutral material palette, custom designed and fabricated reception desk, retail display, large scale studio mirrors, and two floor to ceiling murals by local artist, Philip Bennett Walker.
