RS&H is one of Jacksonville’s oldest, largest, and most-esteemed, privately-held facilities and infrastructure consulting firms specializing in architectural and engineering planning, construction management, and environmental services. As such, it was a great honor for Emerald C’s to assist the 80-year-old firm with renovations to its own expansive corporate headquarters. Our work included renovating nearly 70,000 square feet of offices, break rooms, conference rooms, a reception lobby, and open workspaces spread out over three floors. The renovations, which provided for a fresh, new updated look and feel included new offices with sliding glass doors, new carpet, paint, ceilings, lights, and HVAC work. The alterations were completed in phases to allow for the continuation of the firm’s work during construction.
