In January of 2023, Emerald C’s transformed a former Pizza Hut into Southern Steer Butcher Shop. This nearly 2,300 SF building consisted of a brand-new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, exterior renovations to remove the “Pizza Hut” look from the building, interior renovations, including new flooring and finishes throughout, and plenty of cold storage for their inventory.
