Brittany Lee Culbreth, President and Co-Owner, graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a minor in Spanish Literature. After graduating, she started her career with a defense contractor building ground-up projects on military bases throughout the southeastern United States. Understanding the fast paced and technical nature of military projects and the high demands of schedule and deadlines, she has honed her skills in project management, estimating, and scheduling. In 2010, Brittany became a state-certified General Contractor and began renovating houses in her off time. In 2013, she, along with her husband, Jesse, started Emerald C’s Development, Inc. to focus solely on commercial interior build-out projects.

Jesse Culbreth, Vice President and Co-Owner, also graduated from the University of Florida in 2005. He started his career in residential construction but quickly transitioned into commercial construction in 2007 specializing in commercial interior build-out projects. Having developed an intimate knowledge of interior build-out projects, Jesse is relied on for his ability to accurately estimate projects prior to the development of full construction documents. With over 10 years of construction experience, Jesse has developed a reputation for reliability and excellent customer service.
