Talk about a transformation! In spring of 2020, Emerald C’s Development helped convert an old laundry mat into a hip, innovative chocolate shop right in the heart of Atlantic Beach, Florida. Makenu Chocolate is known for providing our local community with ethically sourced cacao from Belize and a number of other exotic locations around the world. A few of our renovations included open ceilings, newly stained concrete floors and an exposed spiral duct creating a clean, crisp finish.
