Emerald C’s was pleased to help Ardent X, a leading Jacksonville based transportation and logistics company with the interior build out construction of its new 40,000 square foot industrial warehouse and office space. The modern, functional and flexible 30,000 square foot logistics warehouse included such features as (12) dock bays with shelters, seals, pit levelers and edge of dock levelers; multiple forklifts charging stations; wrap machines; 20’ racking; and a modular office.

At the other end of the space is a 10,000 square foot, high-end, custom industrial office consisting of a beautiful modern reception area, an open “bullpen”-style workspace with more than 60 workstations, executive offices, and an expansive conference room. Several unique design elements in these areas include custom woodwork, ultra-modern ceiling design, and innovative lighting that reinforces the company’s focus on logistics and transportation. A large, state-of-the-art break room completes the space with top-of-the-line finishes, a game room, gym, employee lounge, showers, and locker area.
