1st generation retail space on the 1st floor of the newly built 200 Riverside Multi-use complexes. The new headquarters for NAI Hallmark is over 5,600 sf of open workspace, conference room, and break room. The space features glass walls, glass doors, LED lighting accents, open ceilings, and modern light fixtures that double as acoustic panels. The nearly 300 sf mezzanine overlooks the bullpen and is accessed by floating wood stair treads on a single steel stringer. The stairs and mezzanine are enclosed with sleek stainless steel cable rails and matching wood handrail.
