Being an active participant early on avoids unnecessary and unwanted surprises through the commercial construction process.
General Contracting

Design/Build
Emerald C’s Development offers professional design/build services where we would be responsible for both the design and construction of your project. This collaborative approach allows us to work with the designer at the onset of design and also provide expert insight and options to our clients. It also allows the designer and contractor to collaborate and work efficiently together for the overall satisfaction of our client. Throughout the years, we’ve been privileged to work with some of Jacksonville’s finest architects and designers and learn their strengths and capabilities. “Value Engineering” is a fancy term that describes saving the client money. Understanding that the desire for the perfect space while abiding by the budgetary needs are always a concern. At Emerald C’s, we provide our clients with quality value engineering services for commercial construction projects to enhance overall results while reducing costs. Ultimately, our experience and knowledge of the commercial interior buildout process allows us to provide our clients with options that cost less without sacrificing the quality of the overall project. More often than not, we will include value engineering options as alternates in our proposal to show our client areas where they are able to save money, should they desire to do so.
