In September 2015, Emerald C’s Development completed The Cross Agency’s 6,100 sq. ft. corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. This significant project consisted of extensive interior renovations to their existing office on the 16th floor of the Prudential Building in Downtown Jacksonville. Our team began by demolishing existing offices for an open floor plan, creating a new collaborative working environment. The project also included adding a group dining area, glass conference room walls to allow more daylight in, and upgraded finishes throughout the entire space.
