In June 2019, Emerald C’s Development completed one of its largest projects to date– serving as General Contractors for a full exterior and interior renovation for the 25,000 sq. ft. Pace Center for Girls in Jacksonville, Florida. The project included a complete demolition of existing interior office space, as well as a design refresh to the building’s exterior facade. The large campus now provides a headquarters for clients that consists of multiple offices, conference rooms, information technology facilities, event space, and an outdoor recreation area.
