In the Summer 2018, Emerald C’s Development completed an incredible 24,000 sq. ft. corporate office and laboratory for ITEL in Jacksonville, Florida. This project included impressive architectural features and modern, high-end design throughout the entire space. The one-of-a-kind facility consists of multiple board rooms, training rooms, private offices, collaboration areas, and a game room. Our team also provided Itel with exterior site improvements to upgrade its offices to meet ADA requirements.
