An existing pediatric office that combined multiple residential units originally built as beach bungalows.  This project involved full interior demolition, relocation of structural members, addition of multiple beams to open the ceiling, and matching the existing terrazzo to keep with the original flooring.  The open, modern design highlighted with exposed wood ceilings and marbled epoxy floors were the perfect backdrop for this cutting-edge ad agency.
