In November 2015, Emerald C’s Development transformed an existing warehouse into a 40,000 sq. ft. facility for Velocity Air Sports in Jacksonville, Florida. Our team of experts performed extensive framing in order to provide nearly 10,000 sw. ft. of raised decking to construct a state-of-the-art trampoline playground. The kinetic space features numerous trampolines, an indoor basketball court, dodge ball court, foam pits, tight ropes, aerial ribbons, trapeze, a Ninja course, arcade, prize center, private offices, break room, restrooms, and a large mezzanine for spectator viewing. Despite the size and complex nature of this project, our strong relationships with the designer, subcontractor, and company owner gave us the ability to complete everything in just 8 weeks.
